It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lemon Ashby Edwards of Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Quincy Edwards and April Russell; and his siblings, James P. Edwards, Jr. and Faye D. Daniels.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Invitation AME Zion Church (2156 Griffin Rd, Snow Hill, NC 28580). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:45 PM at the St. James AME Zion Church Cemetery (403 W Harper St, Snow Hill, NC 28580).
