She was predeceased by: her parents, Graham Westbrook and Nora Allen Westbrook; and her significant other Jimmy Burchette. She is survived by: her children, Karen Benson (Alan) and Tony Burchette; her granddaughter Heather Forster (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Lacey, Eloise and Jack; and her sister Carolyn Williams (Ronnie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Montlawn Memorial Park (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603).
