Ragland, Makye Miller, Makale Miller, Porche, Maura Perry, Kayla Yates and Kamryn Yates; his mother Roberta Williams Howard of Raleigh; his brother Kelvin Howard of Raleigh; his aunt Joanne Austin of Raleigh; his mother-in-law Mary Ruth Perry of Raleigh; his sister-in-law Diane Pace of Tampa, FL; his niece Jacquetta Howard of Raleigh; and his nephews, Kel Howard of Raleigh and Kelvin Howard of Raleigh. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
