He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elwen Slothower and Theresa Slothower; his stepmother Norma Slothower; and his stepbrother Stuart Logan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Slothower; his children, Jennifer Chapman (Chris) and Josh Slothower (Amy); his grandchildren, Madison Chapman, Taylor Chapman, Morgan Chapman, Bailey Chapman and James Slothower; and his siblings, Jeff Slothower (Cathy), Jesse Slothower, James Slothower (Gina), Mark Maronde, Robert Logan, Kathy Boyle, Lisa Buesking, Deborah Slothower and Linda Deets.
