She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman VanWormer and Eleanor VanWormer; and her husband Richard W. Otto (Dick). She is survived by: her children, Michael (Maury), Susan Otto-Rodgers (Bob), Daniel (Donna) and Paul (Cyndy); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Elyse, Meredith, Will and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Sarah, Quay, Carter and Ella; and her great great grandchild Jonah.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (7041 Old Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC 27616).
