She is survived by: her husband Bill Lowe; her children, Jim Lowe (Connie Henson) of Australia and Judy (Randy Lowe) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Steven Lowe of Spokane and Katie Lowe of Asheville; and her great grandchild Harrison Lowe of Spokane.
