She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Coffer and Dalton Edmond Coffer; her husband Dr. Stephen Thomas Gupton, Jr.; her siblings, Newlin Edmond Coffer, Dr. Bertram Watts Coffer and Carol Coffer Thompson; her brothers-in-law, William Richard Gupton, Walter Elijah Gupton and Frank Robert Gupton; and her great grandchild Ray James Davisson.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Coffer Lambe; her children, Deborah Van Zijl (Rick), Diane Becton (Paul), Stephen Thomas Gupton, III (Noelle), Cathy Jurgensen, John Bradley Gupton (Becky) and Richard Dalton Gupton (Natasha); and her great grandchildren, Aslan Jurgensen and Hadassah Jurgensen. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren.
