He is survived by: his wife Barbara Foley; his children, Karen Shipe of Oklahoma and Kevin Foley of Leesburg, VA.; his stepchildren, Ryan Beamer of Raleigh, NC and Courtney Morris of Raleigh, NC.; and his grandchildren, Beth Shipe of Arizona, Matthew Shipe of Los Angeles, Emily Winter of Oklahoma, Grace Foley of Leesburg, VA., Joseph Foley of Leesburg, VA. and Taylor Morris of Raleigh, NC..
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home (7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612).
