Frances Panneton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Panneton in Raleigh, North Carolina, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Tillie Froats; her husband Ronald Panneton; her former husband Al Cowan; and her daughters, Patricia Aul (Don), Penny Layne (Shawn Murtha) and Pamela Halloran (Mike).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ted Froats, Catherine Julius (James), Caitlin Halloran Edwards (Brandon), Thomas Halloran (Katherine), Mitchell Halloran (Samantha), Emily Halloran, Jake Aul, Andrew Aul and Rachel Aul; and her great grandchildren, Londyn, Matthew, Maggie, Savannah, Ayla, Kirsten, Kai and Clayton.
