Elder Isaiah is survived by: wife Mary Wiggins-Goodson; children, Vonetta Goodson McNeal (Jonathan) of Raleigh and Orenthal "OJ" Goodson of Cary; stepdaughters, Tracy Jarrett (Sabastian) of LaGrange and Kimberly Kearney (Clemon) of Raleigh; and siblings, Debra Sanders of Garner, Gracie Denise Goodson of Raleigh, Tiffany Sharpe (Rodney) of Raleigh, Stanley Goodson and Terrence Goodson of Clayton. Elder Isaiah is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Elevation Baptist Church (5271 EBC Village Way, Knightdale, NC 27545). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
