She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee and Audrey Parrish Burtchette; and her daughter Sharon Renee Wilder (James Smith). She is survived by: her siblings, Vicky Davis (Bobby) of Raleigh and Donald Burtchette (Shyrl) of The Villages, Florida; and her nieces and nephews, Melanie Kraft (John) of La Plata, Maryland, Kim Tressler (Shayne) of Bullock, Jennifer (Jimmie Long) of Chaptico, Maryland and Karley (Joe).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Layden Memorial Methodist Church (2607 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
