She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy M. Eger and Florence Shelley Eger; her stepmother Pauline Williams Eger; her half-brother Norman Shelley; her brother Marvin Eger; and her husband Wallace R. Sherron.
She is survived by: her sons, Curt Sherron (Beverly) of Cary, John and Steve of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Danny of Raleigh and Joanna of Cary; and her siblings, Fred Eger of Florida, Agnes Eger, Roy Eger and Thelma.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to; Salvation Army, Transitions Life Care Hospice Home, or Millbrook Baptist Church Speakers Fund.
