Delma is survived by: wife Alice Shepard; and siblings, Inez Hayes, Doris Taylor and David S. Shepard, Sr.. Delma is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
