It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Stephens of Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Michael Neal Stephens and Tracy Stephens Dufresne; and his siblings, Susie Stallings, Bill Stephens and Freddy Stephens. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
