He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Blair and Dorothy Blair (Oberkiser); his brother William Robert Blair; and his wife Lois Kathleen Fugate. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Cyndi), Nancy Moses (John), Carol and Janet; his grandchildren, Steven, Emily, Catherine and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Ben, Raylan and Bridget; and his brother-in-law Ed Fugate. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
