With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cleveland Williams of Raleigh, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Cleveland's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Cleveland has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He is survived by: his children, Artrinshaquela King of Texas, Safi-Ishamali Williams of Raleigh, Ali-Myu Williams of Virginia, Terrell Holmes of Henderson, NC and Deaven Holmes of Henderson, NC; and his siblings, Shirley Williams of Chicago, IL, Dorothy Staggers of Woodbridge, VA, Clifton Williams (Angela) of Leesville and Tommie Collins of Montgomery, AL. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610).
