He is survived by: his wife Velma Waller; his children, Sedia Arthurton (Rudolph), Karl Waller (Gwen) of Raleigh, NC and Charles Kevin Waller, II of Maryland; his siblings-in-law, Martha Johnson, Carin Waller, Beverly Waller, Lorraine Rogers, Marzetta Honeycutt, Norma Rogers and Henry Rogers; and his grandchildren, Jasmaine, Imani, Imari, Elisa, Charles, III and Kanel.
