She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Rae Johnson and Elwyn Grey Murray, Jr. of Rose Hill, NC.; her son Johnson Murray McMahon; her niece Elizabeth Murray Case; and her father-in-law William Stephen McMahon.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Michael McMahon; her son Jefferson Grey McMahon; her stepsons, Timothy Michael McMahon, Jr. and William MinWoo McMahon; her mother-in-law Lenora Kirk McMahon; her siblings, Laura Murray Case Taylor (Ken), Llew Ann Murray King (Matt) and Elwyn Grey Murray III (Wendy); her siblings-in-law, William Stephen McMahon, Jr. (Anne), Jeffrey Kirk McMahon (Jennifer), Kevin Francis McMahon (Lacy), Patricia McMahon Bradley (Greg), Kathleen McMahon Pruthi (Raj) and Mary Elizabeth McMahon Chafin (Doug); and her pet Ivey Llew. She is also survived by aunt and uncle, several cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Providence Baptist Church (6339 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (900 Fire Tower Rd, Rose Hill, NC 28458).
