He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thelma Marie Ratliff and Truman Toms; his daughter Nakia (Kia); his brother Terrance; his brothers-in-law, Len, Ernie, Lee and Joe; his sisters, Constance and Wanda; his sisters-in-law, Gail and Liz; his nieces and nephews, Josie, Lisa, Dashanique, Leah, Essence, Ashley, Robert, Terrance Jr., William and Desean; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nanyamka-Keyane', Jashali, Aminah, Arielle, Skylar, Kylo, Kashmir and Krew; his pet Reggie; his brother Jerome Washington; his wife Diane Hilton; his children, Kia and Max (Max); and also Alvin. He was also cherished by cousins, and a host of dear friends.
