It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy M. Hughes (Raleigh, North Carolina), born in Hodge, Louisiana, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, T. M. Hughes and Mildred Hughes; his wife Anne; his grandchildren, Caitlin Martin (Jake), Blake, Cameron and Bailey Raynor; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Sterling, Tatum and Amelia.
