She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Thompson; her son Blake Thompson; her sisters, Louise Walker, Edith Chambers, Alice Boleman and Grace Smith; and her parents, Hoyt Smith and Mattie Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Thompson (Barbara) and Beth Mahon (Martin); her grandsons, Benjamin Thompson (Renee), Brandon Thompson and Walker Holloway; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Elizabeth, Wesley and Abigail Thompson; and her sister Mary McClure.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504).
