She is survived by: her children, Stanley (Terry) of Garner, Tim (Denise) of Coats, Darrell (Brenda) of Wilmington, David of Surf City and Gail Cotten (Jerry) of Raleigh; her siblings, Gerry Canady (Sandra) of Clayton and Cynthia Scott (Tommy) of Garner; and her grandchildren, Bryan Penny, Derek Penny, Winston Penny, Tracey Penny Durham, Andrew Penny, Kelly Penny Beatty and Blair Penny. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
