In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Betsy Byerly leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Betsy Byerly may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Byerly and Kitty Byerly; and her sister Anne Byerly Allen (Azar). She is survived by: her husband Dave; her daughters, Diane Scobie Aldridge (Sid Aldridge) of Chapel Hill and Allison Scobie Houck of Apex; her grandchildren, Madison Noelle Houck and Robert Mitchell Houck; her niece Phoebe Azar; and her nephew John Azar of Greensboro.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Providence Church (6339 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612).
