She was predeceased by: her parents, Bern Bullard and Bonnie Bullard; her stepmother Gladys Strawn Bullard; and her brother Bern Bullard, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Allen Freeman Page; her children, Van Rhodes (Ann Pharr) and Ellen Rhodes Jordan (Day Jordan); her stepdaughters, Ellen DelSole (Tim DelSole) and Kelly Gfroerer (Terry Gfroerer); her grandchildren, Freeman, Cooper, Rori, Michael, Bryce, Riley and Morgan; and her siblings, Salem Bullard and Lynn Chapin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Food Bank of Eastern and Central North Carolina, an organization close to Barbara's heart.
