He was predeceased by: his parents, William Monroe Wagner and Ruth Whitlow Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jane Perryman Wagner; his stepdaughter Amanda Wyse (Chris) of Winston Salem; and his siblings, Libby Wagner of Lexington, Jane Baity (Raymond) of Lexington, Dale Wagner (Janice) of Morganton and Keith Wagner (Shelley) of Lexington.
There will be no formal visitation, and for those that are planning on attending the funeral service, social distancing and wearing a face mask is suggested.
