It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tavares Harrington (Raeford, North Carolina), who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa Lee Peterkin; and his brother Sean Harrington. He is survived by: his children, Brayden Barber-Harrington, Arianna Barber and Angel Lleilani Smith; his father Larry McRae; his brothers, Jeffery Johnson, Lamont P. Harrington (Shemeka), Tony Harrington and Sharod McRae (Shalondra); and his aunts and uncles, Annie R. Watson, Cathrine McRae, Josephine Kelly (Howard), Grace Jackson (Willie), John B. McRae Jr., Howard McRae, Robert McRae and Joe Anderson (Sally).
