He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Hollingsworth and Elizabeth Lyde Hollingsworth; and his brother Larry Dale Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his daughter Hannah Hollingsworth of St. Pauls; and his siblings, Martha Sue Hollingsworth of St. Pauls and John Wayne Hollingsworth "Buddy" (Teresa Brown Locklear) of Lumberton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
