He is survived by: his close friend Mary Blackburn; his mother Marlene Baldwin (Franklin); his children, Jessica Moore, Moesha Richardson, Jasmine Blackburn and Stephon Williams; and his siblings, Joyce Watkins, Tammy Maynor, Stracy McGougan, Ginger Williams, Gary McGougan, Lenotta Baldwin, Curtis Baldwin, Corey Baldwin, Darnell Baldwin and Anthony Baldwin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
