He is survived by: his wife Pauline C. Cox of Raeford, NC; his children, Mitchell M. Cox (Janie) of Concord, NC and Barbara Cox Walters (Harry) of Roxboro, NC; his grandchildren, Eric Cox (Jessica), Jordan Cox, Austin Cox, Matt Walters (Quita), Sarah Cox and Mallory Walters; his great grandchild Kingston Walters; his sister Dorothy McMillian; and his brother-in-law Jerry Clapp. He is also survived by 1 niece and several nephews.
