She is survived by: her husband Sam Cummings of Raeford, NC; her children, Teresa Chavis (Dwayne) of Shannon, NC and Sammy Junior Cummings (Renee) of Laurinburg, NC; her grandchildren, Christopher, Samantha, Daniel, Aubrey, Destine, Katelyn and Tawianka; and her siblings, Doris Whitehead of Fayetteville, NC, Susan Lowery of Fayetteville, NC, Buddy Locklear of Fayetteville, NC, Leon Locklear (Iris) of Hope Mills and Larry Locklear of Fayetteville, NC.. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
