With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Retha Hobbs (Raeford, North Carolina), who passed away on February 9, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Horne and Julia Horne; and her husband WIlliam "W. H.". She is survived by: her son William "Billy" Hobbs; her siblings, Faye Silva, Kay Horne and Kenny Horne; her children, Debbie Hobbs Singletary of Pensacola, FL, Ronnie Hobbs (Beth) of Laurinburg and Randy Hobbs (Jennifer) of Raeford; her granddaughter Brandie Davis (Travis) of Raeford; her great grandchildren, Nathan Moreno, Emily, Jacob and Mason Davis; and her brothers, Buddy Horne (Janice) of Fayetteville, Redd Horne of Hickory, Thomas Horne of Oxford, CT and Ray Horne of Hope Mills.
