It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba Lois Locklear of Raeford, North Carolina, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Locklear and Pearl Tyler Locklear; and her siblings, Joseph Tyler, Timothy Tyler and Gertie Lowery.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Locklear (Cortina) of Maxton and Keisha Locklear-Jacobs of Raeford; her siblings, Nelson Tyler of Raeford, Joyce Lowery of Laurinburg, Mary Lowry of Red Springs, Evelyn Sullivan of Red Springs and Linda Tyler of Hope Mills; and her close friend Janice Bullard. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
