He was predeceased by: his godfather Mitchell Tyler. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip McLeod and Catherine Lowery McLeod of Raeford; his wife Mandy Chavis McLeod; his stepsons, Emmanuel Jones and Craig Allen Chavis Jr.; his godmother Carol Tyler of Red Springs; his mother-in-law Pattie Faye Chavis of Raeford; his siblings-in-law, Connie Sturlock, Angie M. Dial and Freddie Dial; and his pets, Buddy, Hoss, Max and CoCo Pickles.
