He is survived by: his wife Effie Baldwin; his children, Brenda McAllister, Gloria Purcell, Vickie Carthens, Audrey Baldwin, Ricky Baldwin and Tracey Baldwin; and his siblings, Bevery Baldwin, Ruldoph Baldwin, Lonnie Baldwin, Leonard Baldwin, Calvin Baldwin and Anthony Baldwin. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren.
