He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Woods and Emma Dallas Jones Woods; his son Clint (Edgar Woods); his granddaughter Lillianna Calhoun; and his brothers, Marvin Woods and Martin Woods.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marlene Woods of Shannon, Gloria Woods Calhoun (Rodney) of Red Springs and Ramona Hogan of Baltimore; and his sisters, Carol Davis of Raeford, Linda Sue Oxendine (Johnny) of Red Springs and Patricia Woods of Red Springs. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
