He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Wilfred T. Walters (Willie); his brother James Carl Walters; his mother Catherine B. Monroe of Raeford, NC; his former wife Yvette Sandrock; his nephew Timothy Carl Walters (Mary Alice) of Wilmington, NC; his niece Abby Walters (Adrian) of Hope Mills, NC.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan Mirek, Isabelle Mirek, Aslynn Warwick and Waylon Warwick.
