Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by : his mother Ellen Ray. He is survived by : his son Tyberious D. Ray; his father John H. Wallace; and his brothers, John M. Ray, Justin H. Ray and Andre McLean.

A memorial service was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Pauline T Buie Chapel (543 Vass Rd, Raeford, NC 28376).
