He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Levesque and Sophia Biszko Levesque; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Levesque; his children, Alexander and Elizabeth; his stepson Richard; and his sister Jacqueline. He is also survived by several cousins and nieces.
