It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manfred Williams (Raeford, North Carolina), who passed away on August 20, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Williams and Emma Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his daughters, Dana (Joshua), Melissa (Larry) and Amanda; his grandchildren, Sean, Robert, Christian, Jesse, Jacqueline, Jordan, Alexiana and Addison; and his brother Wilfried (Marion).
