He is survived by: his son Malcolm "Mac" Culbreth III (Susan) of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Caleb, Katee Grace and Elizabeth "Izzy" Culbreth; his sister June Melvin (David) of Greenville; and his nieces and nephews, Neil (Erinn) and Raeanna.
