She is survived by: her husband Jason Milligan; her parents, James Earl and Janett Pevia Goins; her brother Richard Earl Goins (JoAnne); her nephew Logan James Goins; her niece Alaina Michelle Goins; and her close friend Sissy Mylee Locklear. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
