She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Ray Fairbanks and Gertrude Fairbanks (Uncapher); and her sisters, Elma Bash, Betty Fairbanks and Bonnie Yatsko.
She is survived by: her children, Faith A. Gonzalez (Juan) of Laredo, TX, Heather Field (Ronnie) of San Antonio, TX and Leonard E. Barbus, Jr. of Raeford, NC.; and her siblings, Judy Henderson of Altoona, PA, Donald Fairbanks of Commodore, PA, Peg Durst of Penn Run, PA and Richard Fairbanks (Carol). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, family members include 3 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
