He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Thomas and Bertha Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Faye Thomas of Raeford, NC; his children, Leon Thomas Jr. (Carol) of Hesperia, CA., Chris Thomas (Angela) of Gaston, SC and Donna Faith Thomas of Monaca, PA; and his brother Alford Thomas of West End, NC.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
