He was predeceased by: his stepfather Lawrence Gallagher; and his siblings, Kristie Autry, Benjamin and Elaine. He is survived by: his parents, Paula Gallagher and Kenneth Autry; his children, Owen Autry and Olivia Dumas; his stepmother Valerie Autry; his stepsisters, Christy and Natalie; and his sister Sommer Smith.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Manna Church (5117 Cliffdale Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Chad's honor, in person or by mail, to either the Stoney Point Fire Department, 7221 Stoney Point Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306 or to the Puppy Creek Fire Department, 445 Pittman Grove Church Road, Raeford, NC 28376.
