He was predeceased by: his grandfather Glenn Chavis. He is survived by: his mother Amy R. Chavis (Wesley Clevenger) of Aberdeen; his brother John Paul Moore of Ft; his grandmother Joy Chavis of Aberdeen; his cousins, Isaiah, Benjamin, Marshall, Laurie and Jeffery; and also, Uncle, Marshall Chavis (Wyann) of Aberdeen, Aunt and Melissa Chavis of Raeford.
