He is survived by: his wife Jackie McNair; his children, Bryan McNair, Joseph McNair Jr., Tomika Locklear, Latoya Southerland, Latonia Morrisey and Joshua McNair; and his siblings, Brenda McNair, Dorothy McNair, Mary Cole, David McNair and James C. McNair Jr.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
