He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Dudek and Lottie Dudek; and his granddaughter April Dudek. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Lee Dudek of Raeford, NC; his sons, John Dudek (Tamara) and Kevin Dudek (Kelly); his grandchildren, Zachery, Janelle, Aiden and Karleigh; and his sisters, Marion Jakubczyk (Louis) and Diane Molitoris (Tommy).
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to American Cancer Society.
