Jo Helen Hinton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2025, at the age of 87, Jo Helen Hinton (Raeford, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Allen and Lonnie Allen Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Lola White, Emma Hinton, Cythina Hinton, Lisa Hinton, Patricia Dear, Vickie Marie Davis and Ronnie Gene Hinton; and her siblings, Rosa Allen, Jewel Davis, James Allen and Clarence Allen. She is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren, Fourteen great grandchildren along with a host of other family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pauline T Buie Chapel (543 Vass Rd, Raeford, NC 28376). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rockfish Memorial Park (4017 Gillespie St, Fayetteville, NC 28306).
