He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Lytle and Mattie Thomas Lytle; and his sisters, Ruth Lytle Phillips, Martha Lytle Miller, Margaret Lytle Davis, Donnie Lytle McMillan and Mary Lytle Smith. He is also survived by six nieces and two nephews.
