She is survived by: her children, Tony Jacobs (Mary), Beverly Jacobs, Betty Jacobs and Nicholas Jacobs (Leteshia Seals); and her grandchildren, Lexie Jacobs, Becky McDonald, Joseph Lewis, John Lewis, Patrick Monroe, Bianca Monroe, Santana Locklear, Brianna Jacobs, Bethany Jacobs, Madison Jacobs and Nicholas Jacobs, Jr..
